| Cost | ||
| Tables at ACE are 8' X 2.5', and cost $100 each, or 4 tables for $300 if payment is made before OCTOBER 3, 2006. Tables paid for after OCTOBER 3, including at the show, are $120. Electrical outlets are available in most spaces. If you need electricity, please note this on the table application form. | Cancellation | ||
| If you need to cancel a table reservation, and let us know before the Friday before the show, and if we can resell your table, we will refund your money. You may not sell your table to someone else. | ||

| -Exhibitors
are responsible for maintaining a sales tax permit, for collecting all
applicable sales tax on the merchandise they sell, and for submitting
payments to the State Comptroller. -Do not bring pirated media to sell at the show. Videos or other material that is clearly illegal -- movies currently in theaters for example -- may not be sold at the Expo and we will ask you to remove them from your table if you bring them. -Each dealer table purchased entitles you to two badges. Family members 12 and under do not need badges. Additional badges may be purchased, by exhibitors only, for $10 each. No one without a badge will be admitted before 9 AM Saturday. -A security guard will be present from Friday until Sunday. No one will be allowed in the exhibit area overnight. -No one may pass out promotional material for another collector event or solicit dealers to appear at another convention, flea market, collectibles show, or similar event without permission from the Expo management. In most cases, we will be pleased to distribute your material and help you promote your event.
